Find the audience who might love your game and explore practical ways to get it in front of them.
Explore publishers, grants, investors, crowdfunding, and other ways to keep the project going.
Find the right people, partners, publishers, distributors, and platforms that can help take your game further.
And those are just the questions you can see from the outside...
A Studio Producer and Business Development professional working in indie games. At Komodo Range, I work across the business side of game development. From pitching and marketing to funding, publishing, and partnerships. I've taken our projects into publisher conversations and industry events worldwide, while working alongside our team to figure out how to move our games forward. But my background isn't purely business. I started out as a freelance artist, already working on games and building my understanding of the creative process from the ground up. Today, I get to work across both sides. Understanding the game itself, while thinking about the people, opportunities, and decisions that can help it go further.
What makes your game stand out?
How do you find your audience?
How do you keep the project going?
Who should you talk to?
And sometimes, you don't know what you need yet. That's okay. We can start with the game and figure it out.

I can't promise a reply, as I get a heck of a lot of messages and my schedule is pretty packed, but I'll always try my best!
